This oatmeal tastes great and is an awesome treat to wake up to! So sweet, which I guess shouldn’t be to much of a surprise when each convenient pre measured packet of this grand stuff clocks in with 12 grams of sugar. But that fact aside, it is very yummy. Truthfully, I don’t know that much about women’s nutrition ( or nutrition in general) but it is always nice to be eating oatmeal made especially for your needs as a woman, how thoughtful of them ; ) According to the Quaker Oatmeal website and the product labe, each serving is fortified with 50% of a woman’s daily calcium needs.
I have tried the Weight Control label from Quaker Oatmeal and was way more excited with their nutrition facts for that size of a serving. Basically, while the Weight Control oatmeal isn’t as sweet as the Women’s Nutrition variety, it does have practically twice as much oatmeal in a packet… but thats another review and another day.
Here are some other reviewers and their opinion of the product:
Mr.Breakfast I suppose the fact that he describes the product as it tastes okay” should say enough..
Overall, I’d definitely say I enjoyed the Vanilla Cinnamon flavor, but with those morning stomach grumblings coming a few short hours later, I just wish there was more for me to enjoy!

I haven’t jumped on to the meal replacement beverage train yet, sounds easy and tempting though. I’m glad you enjoyed the oatmeal, I had it again this morning, very yummy

I love this oatmeal, but I cannot find it in the supermarkets. Where is it available?
